MEMBERSHIP'S       TERMS AND CONDITIONS       Helpline services is for the vehicle and not for the person. It is mandatory for the customer to stick the sticker on front wind shield of the car to avail service. Free towing is only provided upto 20km radius to the nearest service station. Which ever is less and beyond this distance towing will be charged on actual. In case of misuse the membership can be cancelled without any prior notice. The membership is valid for one year The company will ensure to provide service within the stipulated time. However the company is not responsible for any delay caused by conditions beyond the control of the company like traffic jam, riots, road diversions. etc., The customer or his representative will have no claim against the company or its representative either civil or criminal in nature or pursuant to his helpline services. In case of dishonouring of Cheque, the helpline service gets cancelled. If helpline service is availed without, Esteem member sticker on the vehicle, a service charge of Rs. 100 will be charged. All disputes are subjected to Bangalore jurisdiction.
